i found old ones for 160 and new ones for 200

is it worth the money for the new ones?

just want some opinions

as in last years model. or are we talking several years old.? generally the changes between one year to the next are going to be very minimal.

Ur price is for 2 right, we carry them for $97.95 each for the new ones and the older black comps for $60 each

BTW, last year's CompVR is now marketed by PowerAcoustik. Similar T/S parameters, the biggest difference is cone/basket color.

Kicker's woofers are made by Credence, in Kentucky, BTW.

You can find old-school round solobarics on Ebay cheap. They just say "Credence" on the cone instead of having the solobaric logo.

no they made round solos back in the day and they pound but personally i dont think they pound as hard as the new ones. your comps semms a little overpriced though 160 for 2. i bought 2 12 inch l5 solobarics for $210 on ebay. look for refurbished there usually the same if not better then new subs cause they have been reconed and factory tested for quality.

personally id buy refurbished subs from a authorized dealer anyday.

yes they are i have comp vr's 2 ohm dual vc from jlcaudio and love them i used to be a fan of mtx hell thats all i would use in my ride but i tried the vrs this time around and love em nice bass note
