Found just recently that my passenger side fog light is no longer running. I was wondering if anyone was replaced the bulbs in them before or if anyone has totally replaced the housing itself. If so could you please let me know how to do this... I purchased a Haynes manual but there is nothing that I could see about fog light repair. Please let me know how I can go about fixing this probelm. Thx
you basically have to lie under the car, reach your hand around and either twist out the bulb, and repalce, remove the housing with a 10 mil ( i belive) cresent wrench
how ever do NOT put to high a watage bulb in, you standa very good chance of meltign the housing, i know, i am one of the many who has

Thx,
have you totally replaced the fog lights on your car?? If so, what do you suggest I should go with. I have condensation in the one fog light housing so I might replace both of them... what do you think?? and what should I go with?
Thxs again...
ok I have a 2001 Z24 and mine went out to......hahaha i just kicked the bumper and it came back on.....jsut try that once or twice dont kick to hard tho.....but I dont know it mite just be the wires comeing loose....
Thanx Charles
i recently had a z24 bumper put in my cav.. it came without the housings so i had to put them in myself.. if u jack up the car and get underneath and behind the bumper its really self explainitory to see how it goes in there.. if all u have to do is change a bulb.. just twist man.. lol
good luck
i no longer have the car, but the bulbs burnt out about 3 or 4 times, when i used the super white bulbs, i would personally just replace the stock bulbs
you don't replace the housings, they are expensive from gm, and at least when mine melted, hard to find at the wreckers

the housings are $99 each
What about high wattage headlight bulbs? will those fry anything?
