Remvoving and Installing Stock speakers
Tuesday, July 26, 2005 1:34 PM
Hello this is my first post on here and appreaciate any information anyone can give. I blew the front left speaker and bought some new speakers to install but I have run into problems. Here is my situation below.

I bought the tool to remove the window crank for i can take the door off, but i cant seem to find this "clip" that is supposed to be there.

Also I was wondering what the RMS/ Peak wattage of the stock 4x6's from a 99 z24 is?

Thanks alot.

You need to make sure you're lined up with the clip, once the clip slides over some you need to remove the tool and the window crank will slide right off.

take an old rag and put behind the window crank, work it in a back and forth motion....kind of like when you floss your teeth, pulling up on the rag ad you work it back and forth and work it in a full circle that god forsaken clip gave me so much trouble that i resorted to anything...
