well here it is. i have a 97' cavi. and my daytime lights arent working. when i release my e-break the light just flashes on my dash and no lights outside. tho the hight beams do work. i've checked the fuses and they are fine. i also just bought new lights thinking that they were just burnt out, but no such luck. would anyone happend to know what the broblem is? if so the help is much appriceated, thanx

I had that happen to my friends GT Sunfire. After I installed the alarm, I turned on the car and the DRLs didn't come on and the light on the dash flashed. Next time I started the car, it was fine.

my 96 cav is doing that too right now.
from time to time, they come bac k on working properly, but for the most part, no daytime runners.

DRL's aren't a requirement in your neck of the woods, so why not just go and do a full disable?
Check your lights, sounds like your passenger side lowbeam is burnt out, which would mean the drl's would freak out.
Beat it like it owes you money
When the light on the dash flashes do you here a clicking sound?
If not, then it's your DRL relay.
