I've been doing car audio for the past few years. But havnt heard any really loud cav owners. I know theres a couple of people on here that have walls in there cars. But i'm looking for people who are keeping it in the trunk or back seat. Anyone doing doin 150- 150. And who has the loudest street beater.

You're going to have a heck of a time getting any car, much less a cav above 150 from the trunk. Probably won't find to many people on here, or anywhere for that matter, with a street beater doing 150's. Without a wall that is.

I'm confused, are you looking for people with strictly trunk setups or not? Because it seems that's what you want, but you also said, "keeping it in the trunk or back seat". Is that a mis-type?

Mostly i'm looking for people who are hitting in the 150's with out a wall. Right now I'm hitting 146.7- 147.1 on a single 12 firing into the car. I want to get into the 150's with out having to build a wall setup. I was thinking of going with 2 DD 9910's but right now money is tight and i cant drop another 2000 on a new system any time soon. So i'm just looking for some people who are getting high numbers with out a wall to get some tips from.

Power, power and more power. That's about the only way you are going to do it. You won't the space to get any cone area, and you can't exactly do to much with a box; well, you can, but you should get my point.

Are you still using the equipment in your profile? Also, what mic did you hit the 147.1?

Like I said in my previous post, you are going to be hard pressed to find people doing 150's, without a wall, in a street beater, much less from the trunk. Am I? Yes. Is it a street beater? Yep, but it also has a wall.

My system is pretty much the same. Only difference is that I changed the box. I'm working with frequencies right now to find what is gonna give me the highest. If I cant break 150 with that single sub, I want to try and find a second one. Only problem with that is that adire doesnt make it anymore. Anyone have a brahma 12" MKII for sale that still in good condition.
