Does anyone know what the 4 wires out of each rear stock factory speaker are for? I just installed new ones and just connected 2 of the 4 to each but am wondering what the other 2 are for and if they should be connected.
The amp. Some cars came with a stock OEM Amp.

OK so how do I wire it up then? Cause I definitely want that hooked up
it's low pass and high pass. on the stock speakers one set is for the tweeter, and the other for the woofer.
if your using an aftermarket deck, you only need to use two of them.

If its the stock deck though, do I need to connect 2 of the wires from the deck to both the positive and negative of the after market speaker?
Anyone know how to wire this correctly?
has anyone ever figured this out. I have the monsoon system. I cannot find a wiring harness for it to install new 6x9s. If you only hook up 2 wires they work but not loud at all. As if they have no bass. If you hook up all 4 it looks like its going to fry the speaker in seconds. Anyone????
I think in my sticky it says which wires to use if you have monsoon.
i had a camaro with the monsoon system all 4 speakers had 4 wires going to each, so i got fed up and just ran my own wires from my head to each speaker
i have the SAME question and cant find it anywhere
