Why do you think this is happening?
Tuesday, June 28, 2005 6:49 PM
Well any time i use my a/c or my car is cold my music seems to die out. the bass is still pounding hard but that all i get. if i turn on my heater back on everything goes back to normal after a while. i have two amps one for my sub(s) and one for my mids and highs. I think it has to do with the line converter hooked up to my mid and high amp. im gonna check it out later this week but i was just wondering what you guys thought it was.

well maybe because AC takes power it take a certaint steady flow of AMPERAGE from the bat for AC check your alt mine jsut when out and i was experienceing dimming and finally my head unit just started cutting out then slowly my battery became drained so i bought a new alt 105 AMP and it works perfect i can hav AC, HEAD LIGHTS, and the system on with no problem.... and it hit really really freaking hard...my whole front dash shakes....

problem is that during winter, if the car is cold then it wont work. if i run the heater it takes a while for the back of my HU to warm up and then it works. it has more to do with temperature.
