removing the radio trim plate

I'm looking to remove the trim plate for a lcd install, ive got a couple questions :

Apparently theres 3 bolts that hold down the trim plate around the radio and gauges. There are also clips all the way around as well. I was wondering if anyone could tell me where the 3 bolts are located?

Can the trim plate be removed(loosened) without removing any other dash pieces?

Any info would be appriciated.

take the whole dash off first (the top cover) theirs bolts on both ends of it...and then a bunch in the glove box including two up an tucked away that are brass colored which hold the steering wheel cover, then theirs some up in the defrost vent also...
