TV In Passenger Airbag

I have been trying to figure this one out, if anyone has done it pls post pics or something. I wanted to pull my passenger bag out, and put a tv in where it sits. The problem is that what I am trying to do is have the lid motorized so that when it's closed, it looks totally stock. Any questions, comments, ideas, suggestions?

my guess would be using a linear actuator hooked up to it. BUT, I've never used them myself. If you find anyone with experience in this, it should be doable.

yea..linear actuator would work.

if you can't mount one directly to the lid you want to motorize..you can set it up in a drawbridge fashion using a cable...and mount the actuator in another close location

Just make sure to remind any passenger riding with you about there not being an airbag there. I can smell a lawsuit from a mile away if you don't. GL.

i have a monitor in there. Mine isnt motorized but i can just take the lid on and off and still looks stock. We put a bracket hinge thing in there so the monitor will flip up and back so you can put the cover back on. It works great. Not really that hard to do.
