Have any of you bought from there? I bought an EQ from them and it stopped working and I contacted them within 30 days and they will not take it back because when I replied to there reply it was on day 33. So they say since it was outside of my 30 days they can not and will not do anything for me. I just wanted everyone to know of the way they run there business.

I would call them up and talk civilized to them, when did you first contact them about the product, was it within the 30 day period? If so, I think you have a point to be made... be civilized about the whole thing...

dude they have always been good to me. when i got my pioneer radio that had a bad board, they sent me a new one in no time (I of course sent my broken one back). but yea they have always treated me right. if you are telling the whole story then maybe you fell through the cracks or something. lates

ive ordered form there several times they have the best prices around by far on alot of items, i even had a return one time that was handled pretty good
