Best way to hook up the subs with this amp?

I have 2 Alpine 12" Type R's. they are Dual 2 Ohm voice coils and the amplifier that will be running them is the Alpine MRD-M1005.

how do i hook these up in the box for maximum power and efficiency?? what wire do i put to what terminal ect..

your speakers should of came with a diagram on how to hook them up for 2 Ohm
