Eh, I got my subs in the other day and when you stand behind my car you can see and hear the whole rear end shake. If I lean on the rear spoiler it stops. Should I use some dynomat first or what.
When put dynamat in my trunk it helped the trunk but it seems that all of the rattle went to my bumber and I haven't messed with it since. Anyone have any suggestions?
my bumper wants to fall off....but that may be because i have 2 SX's lol
if your behind my car the rattle is louder then the subs.. blah
that's the beauty of our cars

my bumper would rattle too i thought it was the vent opening in the trunk so i took the rubber flaps off but i could still hear it.
so i pressed down the bumper under the hood and it quieted down.
what i did was put two small towels underneath it and now its gone.
now all i hear is my license plate rattle a bit and some metal from under the car.
that i should be able to take care of easy.
hope that helps.

Ok here is what i did kinda messy but works well.... high expansion foam... you know the stuff you get in a spray can at like home depot or lowes those kinds of places. I dynamatted the crap out of it and then where the cross braces were i squirted a lil of that stuff in there.... It works well...... keep in mind its high expansion so it will expand into the space and if you inject to much it will over flow...... It works great for stopping rattle though.... i wouldnt put it where wires run or anything like that.... just a thought....
For some reason I thought this post was about a chick......
take the hinges out of the trunk that allow ur trunk lid to stay up.. i took mine out and there is hardly any rattle/movement of my trunk at all now..
