connecting a comp. monitor to an xbox (connectors)

I have an extra lcd flat panel computer monitor and i was wondering if there is a way to connect it to an xbox, ps2, or dvd player that requires the standard audio/video cables.
The monitor has a the blue 15 pin connector. Is there a way to connect the monitor to the xbox, if so what do i need?

radio shack sells a box that converts composite video(yellow), s-video and component video to vga(15 pin connector) for about $100.00
