I live on a dirt road in Oklahoma and frequently drive with the windows down. This causes a lot of dust to to accumulate in my car, whic I believe has affected my CD player. Sometimes I have to try three or four attempts to get a CD to play, while other times only 'ERR' displays and the player ejects the CD. I have a DVD/CD lens cleaner; however, the Cavalier CD player wouldn't let the cleaner perform its job.

Any suggestions for cleaning this CD player? Thanks.

i used to used compressed air. i used the ones to clean your keyboard with and it did the trick for me
