I have the spal kit with the 7 channel brain box...Well lets just say it works when it wants to any idea whats wrong?

So they are popping, but only every now and then? Can you hear the relay click everytime you hit the button? Go into detail a little bit more...

This has happened to me a couple times, but only when It's really hot out. I don't know if there's a connection between the heat and the popper's screwing up, but that's the only connection I can draw from it.
