Hey guys,
My uncle has a 96 cav. He has a jvc cd player in his car. He's telling me that his deck is turning on, display working, but has no sound coming from the speakers. He said it started to happen intermittently but not he has no sound from his speakers all the time. He has told me all the fuses are good. Any ideas what it could be?

Have him check the speaker connections in the doors. Sometimes, if a deck sees a short to ground on a speaker wire, it will shut down the amp in the deck to keep it from burning up.
