Replacing 2000 OEM radio, PCM re-learn

When replacing an OEM radio from a 2000 Cavalier, is there a way to make the new OEM radio work without bringing the car to the dealer for reprogramming?

Unless you have the BCM from the car it came from, no.

You have to reflash it with the Tech 2. There is no other way.
