cavalier 2003!
12volts red + ignition harness
Starter yellow + ignition harness
Ignition pink + ignition harness
Power Lock lt. blue either kick panel
Power Unlock white either kick panel
Lock Motor gray 5wi driver kick, door harness
Unlock Motor tan 5wi driver kick, door harness
Disarm Defeat tan 5wi pass. kick, door harness
Parking Lights+ brown + driver kick, harness to rear
Door Trigger green/black & lt. blue -
Dome Supervision use door trigger
Trunk/Hatch Pin black - light in trunk
Trunk/Hatch Release black/white - switch or BCM, blue plug, pin B4
Tachometer purple/white ac engine harness
Horn Trigger black - steering column
Basicaly, you gotta hook up the RED to RED and BACK to Ground(most metal parts of the car) then you gotta run your SIREN wire throught he firewall ( there is a rubber piece near the steering colum) cut a hole in it and run the wire through it. IF you got a hood pin, run the hood pin wire through it also. Ground the black siren wire to the car in the engine bay. then for the power locks the wires can be found in the kick pannel and parking lights cable ( brown) also. also the door driggers.
hope it helps

gray starter disable,and the door triggers do i have to hook them up on both doors or just one?got cav 03 stick no power locks n windows thanxs/1
what alarm is it? there should be a relay that came with it for the starter kill
for the doors u need to hook them up to only 1 side that controls all the doors.

2doors no power locks and yeah didnt get any realy so....helpppp!!!
having probs again! ive opened the steering column and found out 2 red wires confused which red is +12volts on crank
Where are you? I'm not trying to be an ass, but unless you really know what you're doing, don't attempt an alarm by yourself.
Red/White goes to a 12 constant source. Tap into your solid Red behind the fuse.
U know what, check this thread tomorrow night after 11, I'm an installer at CC, and I'll bring home a tech sheet and talk you thru it.

i know where the wire goes just one wire the +12 that has power when engine is running but yeah tech sheet tahnxs man
Store's about to close, so I'm gonna print my sheet. It would help me a lot if I knew what alarm you have, so I can match up wire colors for you. I'll do my best with what is posted. My tag on AIM is yellowdartahs, so talk to me there if we're on at the same time.

Here is what I can give you based on what has been posted. I'll list the alarm wire color first, then the vehicle wire color. First up is what can be found in the steering column harness.
Red/White -> Red (thick wire)
Red -> Red (same as above)
Pink -> Pink (strange.....)
If you have a starter kill relay, which I hope you do, most likely your gray wire is a Ground-when-armed wire, in which case you run it to pin 85 of the relay, and connect pin 86 to your red wire. Cut the starter wire and connect one end to pin 30, and the other to pin 87a. Leave pin 87 disconnected. If your starter kill output is a 12-when-armed, then connect pin 86 to a ground.
As for door pins, because of some sensitive electronics, I very highly reccomend you isolate the door pins with diodes (flow from alarm to pins, since they're negative trigger). You can find the majority of the other wires at the bcm in the driver's kick. If you pull out the module, you'll see 3 harnesses, one purple, one blue, and one brown. I'll be making reference to them with the clip side up.
Your driver doorpin (Green/Black) is on the purple harness, top row, second from the right, and the passenger pin (Blue) is the one just to the right of the driver's (last pin). These, after being isolated, are connected to the white wire.
On the blue harness, the top right pin is the parking light output (Brown). Connect to Red/Black on the alarm.
The fourth pin in from the right on that blue harness is the trunkpin (Orange/Black). Connect this to your alarm's Tan wire.
I usually run my alarm's ground and siren output wires together, into the engine bay and ground the alarm and siren together, but any good ground will work. That would be your purple and black wires.
Hit me back if you need more help.
