help please my reverse light dont work changed bulbs and evertything
Check the reverse switch on the transmission.

wheres that?drivng a manual 03cav
on the tranny towards the back, near the linkage, theres 2 sensors, the reverse light switch and the vss........not sure which is which though

have the same problem on an 01 cav...happened when I spliced some wires doing a manifold swap.
I just changed my switch on my 96 manual. I don't think it's in the same spot on the 03 but my switch is basically under the battery tray. It's a pretty cheap fix, and easy to do although it was in there real tight.

is there a fuse for bck up lamp?where?
Can't hurt to check the fuses, but I can't tell you which one it is. The switch as I said before on the isuzu 5 spd was under the battery tray it's just a weather pack connector with 2 wires coming out, I really don't know if it's in the same spot on the getrag sorry.
