As you know i have a drop top, I have about 36 sq ft of Dynamat Extreme in my trunk already, expect for the trunk lid, and i was wondering if i tape up my holes on the lid, and spray Great Stuff inthere if that woud help, Has anyone tried this before? and has it helped or will i be wasting 6 bucks a can trying this?
Great Stuff is expanding foam installation, used for housed in tight spots, for those who dont' know :-)
thanks for input!
just dynamat the truck lid...
i wouldn't use exanding foam...and don't tape it up or else you might end up with a mis-shaped lid.
polyfill will work just as good. stuff the crap out of it with polyfill, then dynamat over it with two layers. you should be good to go.
