hey guys,
right now im running a 1000w clarion to 2 12 kicker vomp vr's. im looking at selling them and getting 2 kaption spl 1200 subs.
i heard 2 yesterday with a 700w amp they pounded and were as clean as could be. any of you guys had any experience with kaption? good, bad, etc?

Guy I know who owns a shop loves the Kaption stuff. I haven't gone down to listen to any of it yet, but he's really happy with it.

I had two kaption audio 15" spl i loved them but ive noticed that they havent really did anything to them in a few years

well the two i heard sounded awesome. with only 700W so i hope if i can push about 900rms to the two, that it should sound good

i had about 1600 rms to the 2 15s they held up good

well im ordering them on monday can't wait

I just went down the my buddy's shop yesterday and listened to the Kaption stuff. They sounded really great. I believe they're biggest sub is only supposed to handle something like 1200peak. I ended up getting a set of their Multi Point 6.5 components. Enjoy your new subs!!

k guys a little update the subs were delayed but there in now and lemme tell u, they pound, my car shakes as soon as the volume hits the half way point. i was showing my friend when one of my neighbours (from a block over" came over to tell me she could hear it in her basement. i think its time for some dynamat.
if anyones considering kaption go for it these things are awesome, totally blow away my old kicker comp vr's
