I talked to viper about this a little bit...I got my relay, and I got wire.
I have a remote start system that's already tapping into my parking light circuit, which is what I planned on using for switch power to my fog lights.
85 - power
86 - ground
30-switch power
87-fog lights (+)
chassis ground fog lights

I have a 2002 Cavalier LS. I put a Z24 front bumber with fog lights on. I didn't have factory fog lamps so I attempted to wire them in. I used this diagram to wire it up. This a diagram supplied to the site by Kardain:

To add, I have done the DRL disable mod by grounding my dark blue wire to the BCM, to get my DRL's to stay off without having a check light.
