I am trying to find a head unit, I don't know if there is even anything like it on the market. I have a list of all the things that I want in a Head Unit. Anyone know of one that I can look at???

1. DVD/VCD/CD-R/CD-RW/MP3/AM/FM
2. No Monitor, I don't like flip out monitors
3. 3 - Audio Preouts.....Front, Rear, Subwoofer
4. 2 - Video Preouts......for future TV's
5. 1 - Video Input......for PS2 or XBOX
6. Sirius Satellite Radio Ready (not that important, but would like it)
7. Rotary Style Volume Control

I guess that is all. I have been looking for a while now, and I haven't had much luck other than a BOSS Head Unit, just trying to find other options, doesn't anyone have any Head Unit's in mind?

sony makes i higher end model that does all that cept its XM

Audiobahn A3451D and A3851. They both do all those things.
