i know its cheap as hell but my question is will this be compatible when i get subs and stuff will i be able to hook it all up ?? he has sold alot of these and people seem to love them , im in the process of getting my system set up for my 04 grand am (possibly this weekend ) and need to know whether or not this will work and i havent picked out my subs or amp yet either still undecided

looking at roughly around a grand for subs amp headunit and all nec. wiring everything so im good to hear some thump thanks for any help you guys can offer
well, keep in mind, that this is just a monitor only, and is only gonna have inputs for video. It doesn't have any tuner, or anything else in it. So if you do decide on it, you'll also need another seperate head unit to run everything. You may want to just consider putting the money towards an actual in-dash head unit.
lol. I just noticed that it has the Pioneer background in that one pic, as in the one from say the AVH-P7500DVD system I just sold. You can pretty much read Pioneer on the banners behind the indy car in the pic lol. funny stuff..
Best advice I can give you on picking brands for different components, go check em out for yourself. You can as 20 different people on the internet and probably get at least 10 different brands. Depending on how high end you're looking, go to Best Buy, Circuit city, or your local independant audio shop and just listen to as many different setups as you can. There are some awesome people on here with great advice, but in the end it comes down to what makes you happy. Just by taking a look around, you'll start to see what brands are recommended over others, that should give you a little of a head start.

thanks for the replys guys , yeah the guy just informed me i would need a headunit also.
all i am used to is mtx amps and subs always liked them and always had them in my cars. but i really wanna try something else. i keep hearin soundstream is really good but no one around me sells it that i am aware of , i am gonna go out this week and start lookin at stereo stuff at circuit city and also tweeter (most likely wont buy from them there expensive as hell ) and a few shops that i know are little but carry some good quality stuff , i had a friend that use to work at an audio shop and he is the one that always did the set up and maintenance on my stuff but he no longer does audiop anymore. so im on my own lol .
