Im clearing these headlights and what im trying to do, is make "2" a running light thats always on (like drls) but does not blink. I want to make "3" in to a blinker only, that is off when not in use. i want to leave "1" as it is.

People have been trying to move the DRLs for a long time... myself included... with no luck.

You will have to get a new flasher unit... changing the load on the circuit will make it blink super fast. Other than the DRL's, the rest is just cutting and splicing wires.
