having three subs is about as gay as it get's..

with that being said. pick either ported or sealed. you'll be much happier.

the subs might physically play a little bit different, in which the subs could fight each other and be bad for sound and the subs.

3 subs is kinda gay you have to run a odd ohm load from the amp unless they are 6+6 or 3+3 coils and kicker dom't make them.

as for a box do a slot port box if done right it will sound louder and much nicer. if you want more s/q have the box tuned in the low 30Hz's or if you want more spl tune the box higher 40-45hz. call kicker up and see what the best box size for the subs you have.

if the subs are single 4 ohm your get a 1.33 ohm load if the are 4+4 you can get a .66 ohm load try to get a amp that does around 1000 watts at 1 ohm if they are dule voice coil or 1000 at 2 ohms if they are single.

unless they are dual 6 ohm or dual 3...your gonna have a screwy load on the amp.

also 3 subs isn't gonna be hardly any different then 2.....fag

there 2ohm DVCs which should be at 1.34 ohms and my hifonics amp puts out 1000RMS at 1ohm so i think it will wokr out good

would a slot ported box have different calculations then the normal ports?cause i know if i use circle ports i would need anywhere from 5.25-6.75cubs which i dont see happening as i want teh box to be able to come out of my trunk
