I have a set of the indiglow gauges where the whole cluster lights up blue/green. Few weeks ago they stopped working.
What goes wrong with them? There is a little black box attached to all the wires could that be blown?
any help is appreciated.
Yeah I checked the fuse right away, fuse is good. Basically they stopped working once I pulled it from storage.
Hah, this has happened to me twice.
I replaced the "box" you are referring to, and havn't had a problem in a month.
It's weird, I'm not sure what the exact problem was, but sometimes they would light up, and sometimes they wouldn't. And if they did light up one night, sometimes if I locked a door or put my turn signal on, they would shut off......
I'm guessing that the inverter wasn't getting enough juice to it (dieing out) and any fluctuation in power would just not be enough to keep the unit going.
But I don't know if that's accurate or not.
