My current exhaust is bills header going into a 2 1/2inch downpipe, down to a 2 1/4 resonator, 2 1/4 mandrel bends till you get over the rear suspension where the 2 1/4 is crush bent, then exits through a tenzo muffler.
Common sense would tell you that my eaxhaust system gets more restrictive the further back you go.
I was thinking of running a Moroso Spiralflow 2 1/2 inch muffler right off the down pipe connecting to straight 2 1/2 pipe then dumping out in front of the right rear via a single mandrel bent 2 1/2 turndown.
Do you think this system would yield a lil more benefit with nitrous oxide over the current system?
I know it will kill a lil more bottom end, but I am having a high stall converter made anyways.

id go with 2.5 inch exhaust
Im a Xbox 360 fanboy...and damn proud of it!!
ive got a 4-1 stainless header dumping into a 3 in downpipe that connects to a high flow cat then 2 1/2 in all the way back to the muffler and it works pretty well
I've just got a 2.25" mandrel bent cat-back that I fabbed myself with a reducer to run my stock muffler. Just before the muffler, I installed a cutout for use at the track, although I haven't tested this setup yet, it should work great.
