i have an intake and exhaust and thats about it.....

how much horse will this give me?...what times should i get?

what mods will i need to make to run it?

install time depends on your ability,2-4 hrs but varies on what all your installing.Check out Ebay or NitrousExpress.com.Their are many brands to choose from,NX,ZEX,Edelbrock,NOS,just to name a few.Zex kits do not require a W.O.T. switch.Horsepower depends on what size shot you run and any supporting mods you do to the car.Times...well everyone can guess for you but you just have to go to the track and make some runs.Do some searching in this forum and the performance forum.Please read the nitrous FAQ's ,it'll help you better.
