No you cannot blow up the carbon fiber intake manifolds with spray.
They're undestructable...hell spray a 200 shot and luanch on slicks..it can handle it

they arent CF, the one on the ECOTEC is plastic, as is the LD9.

It is possible to get a nitrous back fire and crack the manifold. I wouldn't worry about it on small shots. Once you get up to 100+ I would consider going to a direct port setup and possibly adding burst pannels to your manifold you could save your manifold .

only part of the intake that you can destroy the majority of the time will be your air filter.

falloutboy did it and a few others but I forget there names.

I also know that falloutboy's happened do to error on his part.

I saw an Eco at the track last year that blew his on his first pass. BIG BACKFIRE. Launched the TB into the hood still attached to the manifold and left a nice print. It was cool.

I used to race cars, now I race myself.

Yes it is possible. There is a video of a mustang who blows his intake to pieces on a dyno. If you spray too much and the motor is not setup for it, it'll start to puddle. Then you make another pass and it ignites that puddle and doesn't do good things to your intake. Like stated above. You shouldn't have a problem if you stay under 100 shot.

your lucky that 100 shot a nawzazzzz didnt blow the welds on the intake manifold

btw I would imagine youve got other things to worry about other than your intake mani with a 100 shot
