Where to put Nitrous Jet and what to set.....

I have a 98 sunfire gt 2.4 5spd.

where should i drill a hole in my intake for my nitrous/wet kit. i have the long ebay polished intake.

also, what RPM should i have my window switch shut the nitrous off at incase i miss shift?

also, how do i tap into the fuel???

no more than 6 inches from the TB

id say 6100 RPM
