I currently use nitrous but now its time for the emmisions test.
Will I need to change my ECU? What should I do?
My common sense would leave me to beleive that it wouldn't affect emmisions unless you somehow engauged it. It should have the same emissions with it off as it did before you installed it. Somebody please correct me if i'm wrong.
i dont see why you wouldnt. your not gonna use it during testing
Im a Xbox 360 fanboy...and damn proud of it!!

Breathe, grasshopper...you're gonna pass with two thumbs up!
Only one way to find out.... go get it done...if you somehow fail...kick their asses and tell them they are stupid.. you will pass no problem
spray then ask where your dyno chart is

haha, he lives in STL... If you fail tell them they should look at all the smog producing manufacturing plants around because the last time I was down there it was a perma-haze the whole time

just watch your ass some states are funny with add on parts they might not change anything but they'll bitch cause no one payed them off to legalize the product hence they'll claim it's a automatic failure item but in reality it didn't do @!#$
LOL i live in st.Louis i think you will be fine aslong as they dotn spray it lol that would be kinda funny.

Nitrous doesn't kill cat converters. People who don't know what they're doing do...

as long as its OB2, if his rediness tests are ok and his SES is off, he will pass... I live in STL too... Been there done that... They wont run it on the rollers unless its OBD1

when i had the emmisons done on the rollers way back when i always want to hook up nitrous on a remote control. just to mess with the guy trying to "maintain" a constant speed.
I thought nitrous was illegal in the state of missouri? I've got a local buddy that has to remove his bottle every year for inspection time and they always question what the extra lines do. any truth in that at all?

very true... most people just disconnect it...... My lil Nitrous Junky girlfriend (Bluzip) has her bottle in at all times... She wants an automatic bottle opener, but I know if I get her one, she will just get in trouble....
We have 2 bottles on hand just in case one is empty
