No I dont think so..
1. You are too ignorant to give ANY details about you "turbo OR your engine"
2. Its Nitrous, not "NOS"
3. Shouldt you be watching F&F?

I would like to start off by saying that you are correct. And will end it by saying your an ass. I love this newbie ragging on a newbie thing, good entertainment.

In a turbo application, nitrous will get you off the line quickly and compensate for that power you're going to be missing while the turbo spools up. Yes, you can use both together.
Without knowing more about your project (or what--specically--you're asking) we really can't help you any further.
hi i know you can run turbo and n2o together and that n2o can get you off the line while the turbo spools i also know that n2o works well with auto but can i run it with a turbo on an auto ? so far my car is bone stock.???

Yes.
What you have to realize is that turbocharger systems have nothing to do with your transmission type EXCEPT for fitment issues. If you know the basic layout of an intercooled turbocharger setup, you would know that answer.
As far as you using both nitrous and running a turbo setup, I hope you plan on rebuilding the motor. No matter what, you're supplying a power adder on top of the turbo being a source of power and that will add more stress on your engine internals.
You don't need nitrous to spool off the line. If you have a well matched turbo to your engine, spool time isn't an issue.
