TPS signal.. and window switch question

Ok I have been looking at this:

Its a window switch and TPS controlled switch, vs a mechanical WOT switch.

Do we have somewhere we can tap for a TPS signal?
Secondly, has anyone tried this?

That is the uber hot setup right there. As long as you have a laptop to program it.......
