Parts are actually powder coated. Took about 2 weeks to get it all sand blasted and painted. Had my wheels done the same gray as the elbow arm thing on the intake. The fuel rail is actually going to be that same color, need to find time to go drop it off.

Yea, its Killer Glass. Its really awesome. You should check out the site and watch the vids. This stuff has been tested. I know of a guy down here with a yellow Cobalt that has had it for a couple years now and hasnt had any problems. Ive been running it for about a month now and have been checking it, no leaks or jumps in temp. It actually some days seems to run just a tad bit cooler.
