quick wheel chop please!!

ok. so i found the wheels that i want. i would be getting them 16x7 just for ride comfort. so. i would like a chop. also. if you can. lower the car aproximately 1.5 inches. lol. as i will be getting a prokit eventually also. anyways. thanks anyone who does it.
