I played around with some features I don't usually use in Photoshop to toon, and I think it came out alright. Its our SS.. I deff wanna try it out with a higher res picture
and spend a lil more time on it. I spent maybe 20 minutes on this one.
not too bad. u can def see where the filters come into play here. definitely try it on a larger scale, and try some new things.

looks pretty good.
i was trying to make it look like it does, with the filter, it was a really low res - crappy quality pic as well, so i was just playing with it. I also fixed the line on top and made it a little thicker, looks a lot better.
