decided to try out some grunge brushing worked out pretty well I think
I know its pretty overdone but I was just experimenting with a tons of the brushes I downloaded

Woah, where do you get these from?..
not bad man. i think it would look better brushed black instead of white though. also, try not putting any major lines over the main subject, the truck. also, try accenting what u got in the pic..for ex, the corners of the buildings, the brush/weeds, etc. it's a really good pic, and a nice place to start editing for grunge. just keep messing w/ it, you'll get better.

Ironically, for a graphic designer, his page layout is utterly, and nonsensically confusing.
If you're going for a "grungy" look, well that's a slightly different thing.
He actually has a few books out, but I've got a stack of books (and bills) to get through before I make it to his.
I'm actaully in the middle of a book about graphic design that has some of his work in it, I may get around to scanning it if I write my paper on him.
