this guy just drove into our culdasac drunk, tried to make a u-turn to get out, and ran into my brothers car. we talked to him for about a minute while he looked for insurance (didn't find) and he got out the car stumbling and then got back in and took off. i got a few pictures of him but i need your help if you can clear up this picture, or do anything to get a clear picture of his face (zoomed perferably). i'm sorry this is the best quality it was taken in.
this one too if you can, i already got the license plate in a good close picture, but mostly the car as a whole and the picture brighter. thanks so much if you can help
