id exempla) i have 30 photos at 2816x2112 and i want to make them all 800x600
can i just automate that somehow?
i thought i read about that somewhere... if not wtfever il ldo it by hand..

from what i know.. no it cant be done in batch, in photoshop
i know imageshack now has functions where they automatically resize your images when u host em.. You do loose a lil quality tho. .so if u dont want to loose any quality ur gonna ahve to do them all one by one. And actually it wouldnt take to long.. once u get in the groove lol. Just make a new folder and make sure all the new ones get saved into that folder not erasing over you high res ones.. I'll try and go up to my old work and see if they have any programs at the college that they use to do that.. cuz he had like 100 some pics all resized and had the logo on them and if he did all those one by one.. dayum.. but ill see if he has any program he uses to do it all at once..

^^^ Thats what I have been using, it works great.
It can be done in adobe bridge part of cs2 but has to be in camera raw format and need digital camera that supports camera raw
Use IrfanView - its open source so it's free. I use it for web pics and it's never let me down.

It can be done in Photoshop CS2, you have to program a macro (called actions in Photoshop) which are then repeated on all images you have open. You basically record the macro by perfoirming the resize and any other operations on the image, assign it a hotkey, and then proceed by using the hotkey on all open images. Works great actually.
