I started messing around with this about two months ago before my wreck. I was wondering if anyone knows how to take a regular picture of a car and change the color of it? I've looked around for tutorials on this, can't find one. I have a picture of a silver car that I've been messing around with and customizing, but I was curious if anyone knows of a tutorial or anything toward changing the color and making it actually look like the color, rather than it being splotching as in MSpaint program. Use the polygon lasso tool and trace the exterrior of the car. copy and paste. then go to image, adjustment, hue saturation, move the bars around and it will change the color.

should probably desaturate first
