Batch Watermark/Resize

Anyone know of a program and how-to that will allow me to watermark and resize about 100 pictures at once, without having to do them all manually. I went to a concert last night and wanted to post the pictures without having them stolen by someone.

Photoshop can do batches. Just use the action pallete to record an action that applies the watermark on one of the photos and then resizes it saves and closes it, then stop the record. Goto File > Automate > Batch and select the action you recorded. IF you have any questions lemme know.
