basic tooning

ive had a bunch of experience with using photoshop.. just not alot of vector art experience. is it difficult to "toon" a picture? im not sure if im right, but do you just use a pen tool to trace over the original pic?

u can do what LOOKS liek vector art but its not in PS

heres a REALLY good tut by a fellow jbo member

if u wanted a true vector ton follow that tut but do it in illustrator or PSP
