If someone could make this into one of those cartoon images that would be great you can take the car and put it with something diffrent behind it to if need be.

yes that is a better picture. now the only thing is getting someone to toon it. more likely than not, you're going to have to pay someone.

Spork: I dont' know if you think mine is any good, but I used:
Free transform, plastic wrap, liquify, smudge, and gradient.
