Can I do it using Office XP 2003, or Front Page software? How do I know what size I am making the pic before saving?

umm easiest way is download photoshop or a photo program and use there option youll get best image quality from that, you can use Office XP 2003 if you use word and downsize it than you can post it into paint and work save it as long as you bring box to the same size, but as i said photshop, download it, like even 5.0 will work, or you could use paint and stretch and skew it, works pretty good if you looking for a pretty low res pic
