Hi I just got an 99 z24 convertible with the 2.4L auto, but its missing the ECU can i put any ecu on it.? Plz help
You need a 99 ECU tune, but any 99-02 LD9 PCM will fit. 00-02 tunes will not run right on 99J-bodies. Sometime 98s have the same PCMs as 99s.
There was a 99 PCM on ebay for $50 a few weeks ago, not sure if it is still on there.

best to just get a 99 tune ideally get the pcm get the dealer to flash the latest version based off your vin
