It was a good run. driving down the road. transmission decided to bite the dust. finally. it was already one gear down and it just blew finally. i do plan on getting it back on the road eventually but at minimum wage its gonna be a while. it was fun.
Sorry to hear that man my transmission on my green cavalier went out at 180,000 miles the swap wasnt so bad, but i was lucky enough to have gotten an isuzu 5 spd trans from a cavalier that was at my local junkyard that only had 56K for $300 best of luck getting it fixed and getting it back on the road

Ive been told the complete opposite i was told the getrag is stornger then the isuzu i know on the transmission forum there is a list for the swap from isuzu to getrag im not sure if theres a reverse one

well 236 shipped is still cheaper than 400 and a yard. umm. If you still have it in about 2.5-3 weeks ill def be looking for this.
hahaha u wish shipping will be that cheap. i have a hard top coming just across the state(west end to east end 6hrs drive) and it only ways 52 lbs. and is a very oversized item. its running 145 by truck.
