my lower radiator hose collapsed on my 03 eco...anyone got a clue y?

Age. Defect.

so it could just be a crappy hose..i was thinking maybe something major. i just did a motor swap on it...and it was fine before

Sometimes radiator cap causes that.

if its just loose?

Defective usually you can tell when you pull it off hose wil go back normal.

so i pulled itoff and it does go back to normal..but i think looking at other people pics...the two hoses going to the overflow tank were on backwards i belive..could this have caused it. i know when i took the hose off of the motor...it leaked so there was fluid in it aat one time...and then when i pulled one of the small hoses off the overflow tank..it pissed out a @!#$ load more fluid...im thinking it may have been because i had the two hoses backwards??
