My car refuses to go if under 3/4 throttle, it spits and sputters and jerks, and my headlights are dim and my highbeam indicator is always on, anyone know what might be the cause of this?

The spitting sputtering Jerking sounds like a possible fuel related issue, as for the high beam indicator being on that could be a wiring problem but that is just a guess on my part.
no dtcs, used to only happen when the car got warm now its all the time.

Bad ground?
Bad battery?
Bad alternator?
when was the last time you changed the plugs and did a tune up?
how many miles?
other than that it could be fuel filter or pump.
if the electrical system and charging system are all in good shape, the dim lights could be from a low idle, which is fuel or ignition related most likely.
does it ldle ok?

Is your cat clogged? A lot of back pressure will make it run crappy.
Got a multimeter? I'm curious what your alternator is putting out.
it finally threw a code, 02 sensor high voltage. I just put a new 02 on but it was a cheap ebay sensor, guess i'll have to get a good one.

i instantly thought that too but he is getting decent voltage...i was almost sure thats what it was
My car may run 18s, but I can do your taxes in 10 seconds flat.
JBO lube - they would never have enough in stock and we'd never see RodimusPrime again

Are both of these numbers with the car running?
- Your not-so-local, untrained, uncertified, backyard mechanic. But my @!#$ runs
