i have an 03 cavalier and it is making a knocking noise when i am in gear and coasting any one no what it could be from? maybe wheel bearing or axel

on my 96 i had a knocking that went from about 10 up and it was pretty bad. found out it was the wheel bearing and ive never heard a wheel bearing knock just rub so thats a possibility
